I am a licensed mental health counselor associate providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, as well as by telehealth throughout Washington State.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Seattle University.

I have clinical experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those who have experiences of complex trauma, anxiety, difficulties with self-esteem, uncertainties about identity or sense-of-self, ongoing relationship problems, and autistic traits.

I also enjoy and have experience working with LGBTQ adolescents and adults.
